Vegetables by Winter Moonlight

This gallery contains 2 photos. Actually, with tonight’s much-anticipated snowfall, there is no moon to be seen … but it sounds much more romantic than vegetables by spotlight. Kale is supposed to taste sweeter after the first frost. Mother Nature piling on a fresh dollop of snow might be going a wee bit overboard (taken about an hour ago–the snow has not yet begun to melt).
