American Robin in a Pear Tree

The American Robins in our neighbourhood like to sing when the sun goes down! One of these guys was, rather hilariously, up on his tiptoes, trying to pull a huge worm out of the earth in the backyard. The bird won this rather one-sided tug-of-war, of course. If only that priceless moment had been captured on video!
