Rose of Sharon

Hybiscus syriacus, as the Rose of Sharon is also more scientifically and pedantically known in North America, was photographed at the Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society on July 7. This gorgeous flower lines part of the walk opposite the cages of the resident education birds of O.W.L.
