A Quartet of Colours: Lantanas

This gallery contains 2 photos. Four colours on one flower! Photographed at the Stanley Park Rock Garden in the early evening of July 6 is this lantana — also known as the Spanish Flag.

Better than one lantana is two! The umbels are a pretty mix of colours. It’s hard to believe that some species are considered invasive, but their growth in this garden has been controlled.
