Wildlife Up Close: Guanacos

This gallery contains 4 photos. The lesser known relative of the llama and alpaca, the guanaco is sized somewhere in between, with a similar camel-like face (and like the camel, it can spit if it is upset and/or feels threatened). Unlike the camel, the guanaco is also a good swimmer, which makes it at home on land or in the water.
